What are Ancient Sicilian Grains

Ancient Sicilian grains are untreated natural wheat which preserve all the beneficial qualities of the wheat germ. They contain multiple varieties of grains that have existed in Italy since before the advent of new technologies applied in the creation of industrial grains.

To preserve the naturalness and authenticity of ancient wheat, all our products are made with 100% Italian flour, at zero km and milled with natural stone.
